Bio
Engineer, builder, and student focused on real systems.
I'm Benjamin Dison, a mechanical engineering student at the University of Colorado Boulder in the class of 2028. Originally from South Florida and now based in Boulder for school, I enjoy work that blends design thinking, prototyping, and practical engineering execution.
Where I'm at
Studying Mechanical Engineering at CU Boulder with a Business minor, while building experience through robotics, wearable systems, prototyping, and fabrication.
What interests me
Automotive and construction engineering, emerging technology, product development, financial markets, and personal fitness and self-improvement.
About
Built around prototyping, teamwork, and iteration.
My background is centered on mechanical engineering, robotics, and product prototyping. I like work that turns design ideas into tested systems and asks for both technical precision and practical execution.
What I bring
CAD fluency, prototyping experience, fabrication awareness, and a hands-on approach to turning concepts into functioning builds.
Core skills
SolidWorks, product prototyping, 3D printing, laser cutting, material testing, assembly tolerances, Python, and MATLAB.
How I work
I work best in collaborative engineering environments where testing, iteration, and clear communication shape the final result.
